I was one of those online business owners who was hesitant to add an affiliate program to my business building efforts. But once my clients and customers starting asking me if I had one that they could join, I knew it was time to bite the bullet and conquer this particular piece of technology.
Now, of course, I wonder why the heck I waited so long (talk about leaving money on the table!). It couldn’t be simpler to get started with your own affiliate program. You can get very elaborate, but the basic set-up is easy, and once you do one campaign, the next one is a piece of cake.

3. Import your blog entries into your Facebook notes. You want to give exposure and capture as many readers as possible regardless of what social networking site that you belong to. Facebook will allow you to import your blog entries into your Facebook account. This helps you capture a new readership base and adds more interactivity to your Facebook presence.
4. Keep your profile dynamic. This means that you shouldn’t just create a Facebook account, add on 5 friends, and then wither away. Admittedly, there is a learning curve to Facebook or any social networking site in the beginning. Once you’ve managed to understand the basic interface, here are some activities that you can do to make for a more interesting Facebook presence. The goal is to allow users to “window shop” into your world. Allow people to see the other side of you rather than just the writer.

Tis the Season of Change and Traditions! For instance, depending on where you live, change may be Daylight Savings Time, or in keeping with the change of seasons … from hot to cool, changing the salads and sandwiches to homemade soups and stews or the fragrance of spring blossoms exchanged for smells of apple pie and cinnamon. Of course, we can all relate to that everlasting symbol of “comfort, hearth and home,” the fire in the fireplace! Change is an appropriate word considering the end of the year will be here soon, as well. It is interesting to note however, that the word “change” can differ from the word, “resolution,” as in New Year’s resolutions, which are easy to make but often hard to keep! The word “change” is a definitive word that means new, fresh, and is not a “call” to action like a resolution, but it is action itself!
