Speak Up and Make Money! – February 2010

Wow! I don’t know about you, but I am really ready for Old Man Winter to tuck his tail between his legs and scurry away into the sunset and leave us alone. Originally hailing from sunny California, I thought I’d gotten use to the cold winters of the mid-west, but this year has really been a doozy and is one of the coldest and snowiest winters I’ve seen in a long, long time. But February is almost over, and with March only a week or so away, we’re starting to enter the home stretch and despite the fact that our last batch of snow still hasn’t melted, I’m starting to believe Spring really could be just around the corner … at least I’m hoping!

Generating Free Blog Traffic via Blogger Forums

Blog forums are great ways to generate free traffic to your blog. You know for a fact that you won’t be beating a dead horse since all the users are there because of a shared interest in the topic.

Some examples of such forums include Blogger Forum, Bloggeries and Blogst Forum. A Google search will yield a vast number of results. Be sure to check how active any forum is prior to registration — that way you can start with the busiest.

Remember to carefully read any forum’s rules prior to posting and abide by them. Also, don’t spam the boards with multiple posts just containing the link to your blog. All that will do is alienate potential visitors.
