   Victoria Santiago – Project Manager
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant/Project Manager, Victoria gained over 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Project Management in the telecommunications field. She enjoys bringing order to chaos and working as a part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

 

 

 

  Patty Dost - Associate VA/Associate Project Manager
Patty brings more than 20 years of administrative support experience to the Fastype team. As a VA, her areas of expertise include: editing/proofreading, spreadsheets, word processing, website critiques, email management, Internet research, press release and article submissions, reminder services, and newsletter preparation and distribution, and Moodle.
 

 

 

 

    
 

  
Pat Zappavigna - Associate VA
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, Pat worked for over 25 years supporting executive professionals. Pat’s background is in administrative management, including accounts payable and receivable, customer service, budgeting and auditing. She is QuickBooks Certified and provides support in MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Pat’s passion is numbers – she loves to solve puzzles, reduce loss and increase profits. Pat also has experience in Constant Contact and article/press release submissions.


 



 

  

Brent Reilly - Audio & VIdeo Associate
Brent brings more than 20 years of experience recording and mixing music to the Fastype team. With over 9 years in the Los Angeles Recording Industry, Brent has worked in some of the finest studios in Hollywood & Burbank. His expertise is in Podcasting and audio editing and mixing.
 

 


 



 

   Kathy Colaiacovo - Social Media Specialist
Having successfully completed a certification course with VAclassroom, Kathy Colaiacovo brings many specialized social media skills to her clients. These skills along with over 15 years administrative and computer experience ensure Kathy provides excellent support service to her clients.
As a Social Media Specialist, Kathy helps her clients go from the point of asking “What can I do on Twitter and Facebook to help my business?” to having a social media plan, customized profiles on each network and connecting with current as well as potential clients and joint venture partners.



 

   Caley Walsh - Associate VA
With over 12 years in the administration field, Caley brings a wealth of experience to the table. In addition to being skilled in a variety of general administrative skills Caley specializes in providing Graphic and Web Design, Custom Web Creation and Maintenance services. No matter what the need ... a brand new website, an updated website, logo, graphic banner, custom ezine template, you name it; Caley has the skills to provide what you need.
 


 

  Jill Chongva - Associate VA
Jill is one of our WordPress gurus, and has been a Virtual Assistant since 1999, building on her twenty year career in Office Administration. She specializes in helping solopreneurs use the WordPress and Membergate platforms to build their businesses and their brand, and is also experienced in developing membership sites using the WishList Plug-in for Wordpress and aMember.  Jill’s expertise also includes assisting clients with every aspect of their online marketing strategy, including everything from eCover design for digital products to article marketing to social media.

Jill is the former Communications Director for the Whyte Ridge Community Centre, a recipient of the CVA designation from IVAA, an EthicsCheck certified VA, and a Real Estate Support Specialist.   She has been featured in an article on filing system management in The National Review of Medicine.


 

  

Doreen DeJesus - Associate VA
Doreen has been a virtual business professional since 2004 and offers over 23 years experience in office management and procedures. She has experience working in the hospitality, real estate, accounting and financial industries. Her extensive training includes office management, event coordination, marketing, project management, website design and maintenance, Joomla, multimedia presentations, social media marketing, and much more. In order to provide her clients a diverse skill set, she has completed certification for the following; Professional Virtual Author’s Assistant, Certified Travel Planner, Certified Real Estate Assistant, Graduate Virtual Assistant, Certified Real Estate Support Specialist and IVAA Ethics Checked. To add to her ever growing skill set, Doreen is currently working on certification as a Master Shopping Cart Specialist, Social Marketing Specialist and Internet Marketing Specialist.




 

   Jama St. John - Associate VA
Jama has been a part of the virtual assistant industry since 1996. Before becoming a virtual assistant, Jama's background includes working for an independent bank as an administrative assistant/executive assistant and as a legal secretary. Jama's skill and experience include general administrative support, transcription and desktop publishing. She also brings her knowledge and expertise in InfusionSoft Manage Pro CRM to the Fastype team.



 

 

   Lara Nieberding - Associate VA/Social Media Specialist
The best kept secret in the VA industry. Virtual Assistants turn to Lara when they want Internet research done. Since joining the VA industry in 2007, she has helped many virtual assistants and clients find what they are looking for. Although she specializes in “digging” around the Internet, Lara has a wide range of administrative skills including newsletter creation, blog creation and maintenance, and membership maintenance...Her “can-do” attitude, ability to make deadlines and dogged determination make her an asset to the team. A graduate of VAClassroom's Social Media Specialist course, Lara extends her expertise in research as our resident Reputation Management Specialist.

As a member of our Social Marketing team and a graduate of VAClassroom's Social Marketing and Internet Marketing courses, Andrea brings a bevy of skills to the Fastype team of associates. In addition to her expertise both as an Internet Marketing Assistant/Coach/Strategist and Social Marketing Specialist with an emphasis in Social Marketing Strategy and Action Planning, her wide range of skills include Website Analytics, SEO, Search Engine Marketing, Blogging / Podcasting / Social Networking, EMail Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.

 
Jim Green - Computer and Data Support Specialist
With an education in Computer Science and an Associate Degree of Applied Science Engineering Technology, Jim has an extensive background and knowledge in the areas of computer hardware, networking, software and administration. He has a broad range of skills and expertise in PC building and upgrades, programming, technical support, virus removal, data recovery and system backups and security. Jim is also experienced  in database creation, maintenance and conversion.
