Retainer Rate Structure
Services are billed at
a competitive hourly rate; and the time it takes to complete a specific
project or task is based on the complexity of your particular project,
the type of service performed, and the level of skill required to
complete the task. You are billed only for the time we spend on your
projects or tasks, in one-minute increments. Our retainer packages are based on a specific number
of hours each month. At Fastype, we partner with our clients to provide
the best service possible, and because we work on a retainer basis, you
are guaranteed a specific number of hours each month at a discounted
rate, which results in more personalized service and faster turnaround

Terms and Conditions

Reimbursable expenses (i.e. postage, and client specific
supplies) will be itemized.

Rush or emergency jobs may incur an additional charge.

Charges for printing costs through an outside printer
are billed in advance.

Invoices are payable upon receipt.

Retainers require a contract agreement,
are based on a minimum of three (3) months and billed monthly in advance.
- Unused
retainer hours do not roll over to the next month.
- Payment options include check, credit card (preferred)
and PayPal.

There is a $30 service fee on all returned
checks.

Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client
for all projects.
